We are located at 4747 N Ashland Ave. in Chicago.

There is street parking available on both Ashland and Lawrence. These are both busy streets, so we recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes.

We do! Head to our online site and check out our program and online training options.

Yes. We are trained and experienced in working with people who are brand new to strength training, advanced lifters, and anything in between.

We have specialized training and are certified in prenatal personal training. The benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle, including modified strength training, during pregnancy are well documented. If you’re pregnant, we highly recommend working with one of our coaches one on one.

Note: we are not medical professionals, physical therapists, or pelvic floor specialists. Please check with your healthcare provider for guidance in these matters.

Yup. We welcome people from all fitness levels, as well as all body types, shapes, and sizes.

Group Classes

Simply go to the class you’d like to attend and sign up for our waitlist.

You are able to see and sign up for classes four weeks into the future.

That depends! We find that some people are more comfortable with starting in a one on one environment to learn the basics and foundations at their own pace before joining our group classes. Others love hoping right into the action. Either way, we are here to meet you where you are at, or help guide you to your better choice.

Personal Training

If you’re not able to find a day or time that works for you, you may either check another trainer’s availability, or fill out a session request form here. We cannot guarantee an open spot but we will do our best to accommodate what works best for you.

Each session with your trainer is 60 minutes.

A normal session will consist of a dynamic warm up, followed by a workout designed by your trainer to fit your body, goals, and fitness level. Your trainer will provide form corrections, technique cues, and answer any other questions along the way so you leave feeling educated and empowered.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so on Momence no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session in order for that session to remain usable in the future.

For Pro and Premier Members Only:

Late Cancel: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you’ll incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

No Show Fee: If you don’t show up for a session that you are scheduled for, you will be charged a $25 no show fee without exceptions.

Please note that late cancellations and no shows for individual appointments and class packs will result in a loss of the appointment.

It’s great that you already know your way around a gym and are comfortable with lifting weights! We believe that everyone at any level of fitness or experience can greatly benefit from 1:1 training.

Your coach will help you perfect your movements for optimal effectiveness toward your goals, as well as greatly reducing your risk for injury.

Also, you’ll be trained in a structured and expertly designed program intended to get you the outcomes you want.

For sure! You are welcome to purchase a package and book sessions at your leisure. Please note that training sessions are subject to each trainer’s availability, so we recommend booking in advance if possible.
